We build new homes and provide other support services because we want our communities to benefit from our long-term involvement. Creating new homes
We want to create more affordable homes in our region so we can see more people living in their own good quality home. We’re committed to delivering 2,000 affordable homes over 10 years and we’re achieving that through a combination of building homes ourselves as well as taking on some of the homes being built by private developers. The homes we build are then available through a variety of means, Shared Ownership, social rent or affordable rent.

Our headquarters are in Portishead, but our Shared Ownership and affordable homes can be found across the West of England including North Somerset, Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
