A charming development of new homes in the peaceful area of Banwell Village
Get Living at Day's Rise
Day’s Rise is a new development in the peaceful rural village of Banwell. We’re pleased to be working in partnership with Newland Homes to offer three Shared Ownership homes: one two‑bedroom bungalow and two three‑bedroom houses.
Details
These homes provide an affordable route into homeownership in an excellent location with easy access to the motorway, the coast and the Mendip Hills.
Each home has been designed with energy efficiency in mind and achieves an EPC rating of A. They include PV solar panels, air source heat pumps, two dedicated parking spaces and EV charging points—ideal for modern, sustainable living.
We anticipate the two‑bedroom bungalow will be ready to move into in late summer 2026, with the two three‑bedroom homes available in spring 2027. Register your interest today to receive updates and availability.
