To buy a Shared Ownership home you'll need to satisfy the standard Shared Ownership criteria, which you can find on our Shared Ownership page.
For Steart Farm priority will be given to those who have a local connection to Somerset. Applicants from outside the area will be considered.
Making an application to buy
When the second phase of homes at the development are available to buy we will inform everyone who has registered their interest by email. Please get your application in early to be in with the best chance of getting a home. Priority will be given to military personnel over all others.
