The third phase of Shared Ownership properties is set to launch in Summer 2024. Those interested can register their interest using this form. Once you've registered you will need to go through the application procedure. You can find details of this on our What is Shared Ownership page.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To buy a Shared Ownership home you'll need to satisfy the standard Shared Ownership criteria, which you can find on our Shared Ownership page.
For Steart Farm priority will be given to those who have a local connection to Somerset. Applicants from outside the area will be considered.
Making an application to buy
When the third phase of homes at the development are available to buy we will inform everyone who has registered their interest by email. Please get your application in early to be in with the best chance of getting a home. Priority will be given to military personnel over all others.
